Aj's opened in July of 1999 by John and Lucy Taylor and is named after their two children, Alyssa and Johnny. Over the last few years, AJ's has grown in popularity around the Jackson Metro area due to the fine food, efficient service and friendly atmosphere. We've come a long way from the two total tables that we served on opening day back in July of 1999. Today, AJ's is proud to be one of Jackson's finest restaurants winning top food awards in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 in the "Taste of Mississippi" event.

AJ's is proud to offer Jackson a fantastic casual fine dining restaurant where we are known for serving some of the freshest seafood & fish in Central Mississippi. We also specialize in steaks and offer many different pasta selections. AJ's is proud of our fully stocked bar where you are welcomed to have a drink after work or relax with a cocktail before your dinner. AJ's also has a private dining room that may be reserved for that next banquet or party.
