About AJ's Seafood Grille ~ Our Story

AJ's Grille opened in July of 1999 by John and Lucy Taylor and is named after their two children, Alyssa and Johnny. Over the last few years, AJ's has grown in popularity around the Jackson Metro area due to the fine food, efficient service and friendly atmosphere. We've come a long way from the two total tables that we served on opening day back in July of 1999. Today, AJ's is proud to be one of Jackson's finest restaurants, winning top food awards in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 in the "Taste of Mississippi" event.

AJ's is proud to offer Jackson a fantastic casual fine dining restaurant where we are known for serving some of the freshest seafood in Central Mississippi. We also specialize in steaks and offer a world of pasta selections. AJ's fully stocked bar welcomes you in for a drink after work or to relax with a cocktail before your dinner. AJ's also has two private dining rooms that may be reserved for your next banquet, or business meeting.
